MONDAY, NOVEMBER 6
3:00 p.m. Executive Board and Trustees meeting in the Winterthur Room at Mendenhall Inn
Dinner will follow
Plants and sprigs may be stored in one or two extra rooms.
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 7
7:00 a.m. Registration
Early Arrivals Tour leaves for breakfast and tour at Scott Arboretum
8:45 a.m. Arrive at Swarthmore College Conference Center
Complimentary breakfast and informational speakers will be held in the new building overlook- ing the holly collection. Golf carts are available for the tour.
Noon - 12:30 p.m. Arrive at Longwood Gardens for lunch and its featured Chrysanthemum Festival
Lunch on your own at the Longwood Café or The 1906 Restaurant
1:00 - 2:30 p.m. Select one of two group tours that are offered
Wheelchairs are available at no charge. Motorized chairs are available for a fee.
4:30 p.m. Begin boarding the bus to return to Mendenhall Inn
5:30 p.m. Attitude Adjustment hospitality and fellowship in the Gold Ballroom
6:00 p.m. Welcome Annual Meeting Dinner in the Ballroom

Following dinner, we will set up silent auction items, sprigs and plants in the Gold Ballroom.
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 8
7:00 a.m. Breakfast in the Inn for overnight guests
8:00 a.m. Board bus at Mendenhall Inn
9:00 a.m. Arrive at Bartram’s Garden, Lindbergh Blvd., Philadelphia, to visit historical garden

12:30 - 1:45 p.m. Buffet lunch at Valley Green Inn overlooking the Wissanhickon Creek
2:00 - 4:45 p.m. Arrive at University of Pennsylvania to tour Morris Arboretum
6:00 p.m. Return to Mendenhall Inn
After 4:30 p.m. Dinner is on your own in either the hotel restaurant next door at Station 52, or refer to a list of restaurants in your Welcome Bag.

8:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Sprigs in Gold Ballroom will open to view Contest results.
8:45 a.m. Program starts in Gold Ballroom with a call to order and announcements
9:00 - 9:50 a.m. Presentation No. 1, Bob and Nancy Bernhardt, Indian Orchards Farm, Media, PA
10:00 - 11:15 a.m. Presentation No. 2, Gregg Tepper, Dir. of Horticulture, Delaware Botanical Gardens, Dagsboro
11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Boxed lunch and Round Table Discussion in the Gold Ballroom
1:00 - 5:00 p.m. Plant Auction and sale in the Gold Ballroom
6:00 p.m. Attitude Adjustment hospitality and fellowship in the garden area outside the Gold Ballroom
7:00 p.m. Final Banquet in the Gold Ballroom to include awards and announcements.
